Being an athlete requires understanding what it takes to stay true to a common goal.
The desire to be an athlete benefits a wide range of people, regardless of age or size.
My experience as an athlete started with sports when I was 6-7 years old.
I played baseball, basketball, tennis, wrestling, track and field, but the main sport that changed my life and kept me out of potential trouble was football.
Thankfully, I was able to start as a true freshman in high school and college because I was very coachable and an technician at my craft.
